Request Consultation
OUR E-MAIL AND CONSULTATION POLICY
If you need detailed advice, please call our office (801-886-1111) during business hours, and we will set up an initial consultation with you. We generally try to accomodate our clients requests for evening and weekend appointments. We may choose to charge an initial office consultation fee at this time as well. Should you decide to retain us after the initial consultation, the initial consultation fee will be credited toward your total legal fees.
What to Bring:
When you come to your appointment, please bring copies of all your relevant immigration documents, including your passport, I-94 cards, and any previous immigration applications and decisions. If you are filing an employment-based petition (Perm) please bring documents relating to your employment as well.
What to Expect:
The purpose of a consultation is to provide us with sufficient information to analyze all of your immigration options, including the necessary steps, cost, and length of time the process will take. Assuming we have all the necessary information, we should be able to supply you with a price quote for the services required.
Phone Consultations:
Where an Office Consultation is not possible, we are happy to provide consultations via phone. If neccessary, consultations by phone may require a payment in advance by Cash, or Check. You may call us at 801-886-1111 or send us an email at James@VisasUSA.com to set up a detailed phone consultation.
Email Consultations:
Questions via email should be addressed to James@VisasUSA.com. Your specific question(s), your phone number, and the times when we can reach you should be clearly stated, as well as your immigration objectives. This will assist us in recommending most suitable options to you and make the follow up phone conversation, if necessary, more meaningful.
We will try and respond to your question by email within 24 hours, however due to the high volume of emails we receive, we cannot guarantee response times. If necessary we will make our best efforts to call you with answers to your questions or to discuss your problem. If the nature of the question requires that a consultation fee be paid we will let you know by email how to make payment arrangements.
